Tour of the wonders of York and Yorkshire
Our annual tour for 2023 is a visit to some of the highlights of York and Yorkshire. Staying just outside Wetherby, we will depart Wolverhampton stopping en-route at the Denby Pottery before heading to a guided tour of Haddon Hall. Day 2 will be spent in York where there will be a morning guided tour of its works-famous Minster an dthe afternoon will allow to explore the historic city at our own pace. The new Hepworth Gallery at Wakefield will be our first desination on Day 3 and this will be follwed to afternoon visit to the Natonal Trust’s Nostell Priory that showcases interiors by Robert Adam and a world-class collection of Chippendale furniture. We will head back on Day 4, calling at the amazing Wentworth Woodhouse, a Georgian House of stupendous proportions that is in the process of restoration and has only recently been opened to the public.
Price given is per person with two people sharing a double room. Single person supplement is £90
