VISIT TO BIRMINGHAM MUSEUMS COLLECTION CENTRE, NECHELLS, BIRMINGHAM
The Birmingham Museums Collection Centre in Nechells is a treasure trove of artworks and objects and during the current closure of Birmingham Museum and Gallery for refurbisment, there is even more to see. Join us on Thursday 25 May when a group of us will be visiting the collection. There will be an introduction by staff followed by an opportunity to wander among the rows and rows of fascinating objects.
The venue is Birmingham Museums Collection Centre is located at 25 Dollman Street, Nechells. You will need to make your own way there. It is a short walk from Duddeston Railway Station. If you are travelling by car the Museum Collection Centre is located 1 mile east of Birmingham city centre, close to Curzon Circus on the ring road. For google maps and Sat Nav use postcode B7 4RQ.
